腹腔镜修补嵌顿性闭孔疝的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜疝环口缝扎术治疗嵌顿性闭孔疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析佛山市第一人民医院2012年1月至2015年1月腹腔镜治疗4例嵌顿性闭孔疝患者的临床资料。结果 4例患者均成功行腹腔镜闭孔疝缝扎术,其中1例患者肠坏死中转开腹行肠切除术,手术时间30~120（59±42）min,出血量5~30（14±11）ml,术后住院时间5~7（5.75±0.96）d。随访3~36个月,无复发。结论腹腔镜疝环口缝扎术治疗嵌顿性闭孔疝,手术方式简单、微创,术后恢复快,效果良好。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of laparoscopic repair of incarcerated obturator hernia. Methods A retrospective analysis was done based on the clinical data of 4 patients who had undergone laparoscopic repair of incarcerated obturator hernia from January 2012 to January 2015 in the First People＇ s Hospital of Foshan. Results All of the 4 patients were completed with laparoscopic repair successfully,including 1 case of patient with intestinal necrosis who was converted to laparotomy bowel resection. The operative time was 30 to 120 minutes（ mean 59 ± 42 minutes）,the volume of intraoperative bleeding was 5 to 30 ml（ mean 14 ± 11 ml）,and the length of postoperative hospital stay was 5 days to7 days（ mean 5. 8 ± 1. 0 days）. All of the patients were followed up for 3 to 36 months without recurrence.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of incarcerated obturator hernia is simple, minimally invasive, fast recovery and effective.
