摘　　要：华1006S是以光温敏核不育水稻C815S为轮回亲本,以携带Xa23基因的抗白叶枯病材料HBQ810为供体亲本,通过杂交、回交和分子标记辅助选择,并通过低温筛选和人工气候箱鉴定选育而成的抗白叶枯病中籼型光温敏核不育系,具有农艺性状优良、高抗白叶枯病、育性稳定、育性转换临界温度低等优点,配合力与C815S相当,2013年8月通过湖北省科技厅鉴定。Hua 1006 S,developed from the cross and backcross between C815S（ a PTGMS line and used as the recurrent parent） and HBQ810（ a bacterial blight resistant breeding material carrying Xa23 gene and used as the donor parent） by molecular marker assisted selection（ MAS） with low-temperature screening for male sterility in phytotron conditions,is a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile（ PTGMS） line of medium indica rice with bacterial blight resistance. Similar to C815 S in combining ability,it has good agronomic characters,high bacterial blight resistance,stable male sterility,and low critical sterility-inducing temperature. In August,2013,it passed the technical identification of Hubei Department of Science and Technology.
