摘 要:HD9802S/Kasalath的杂交后代经多代农艺性状选择和自交纯合,共获得30个家系(291个选系)。对亲本、家系中高组织培养力相关的QTL(q Sv1和q Sc1-1)进行了检测,并对亲本、家系的成熟胚组织培养力进行了比较,结果发现亲本和家系均含有这2个QTL;HD9802S的愈伤组织诱导率低于Kasalath,绿苗分化率高于Kasalath,组织培养力与Kasalath相当;选出了9K18和9K19 2个组织培养力高的家系,其组织培养力分别为51.07%和54.80%,显著高于亲本HD9802S(26.88%)和Kasalath(27.12%),且其农艺性状明显优于Kasalath。Through pedigree selection of the cross of HD9802 S / Kasalath in target agronomic traits over generations,thirty filial families with 291 lines in total were acquired. The detection of QTLs( q Sv1 and q Sc1-1) related to high tissue culture ability was conducted in 30 families and their parents,and the culture ability of mature embryo was compared among the parents and their filial families. The results showed that there existed both of the QTLs q Sv1 and q Sc1-1 in the parents and all families. HD9802 S had a lower callus induction rate but a higher green plantlet regeneration rate than Kasalath,so it had similar tissue culture ability to Kasalath. Two families of 9K18 and 9K19 with high tissue culture ability were selected for the culture ability of 9K18 and 9K19 was 51. 07% and 54. 80%,significantly higher than that of HD8902S( 26. 88%) and Kasalath( 27. 12%),respectively. Besides,they were greatly improved in agronomic traits compared with the high culture ability parent of Kasalath.
