摘 要:通过双列杂交试验分析了水稻不育系蓉18A的配合力,结果表明,蓉18A产量一般配合力与宜香1A相当,显著高于中9A和与金23A,穗大粒多是蓉18A产量一般配合力较高的主要原因;主要米质性状一般配合力与宜香1A相当,优于中9A和金23A。蓉18A产量和米质性状一般配合力均较高,是选育优质、高产杂交水稻的优良亲本。The combining ability of the rice CMS line Rong 18 A was analyzed using the incomplete diallel mating design. The results showed that the general combining ability( gca) in yield of Rong 18 A was close to that of Yixiang 1A,but significantly higher than those of Zhong 9A and Jin 23 A. The main reason for a high general combining ability of Rong 18 A was its large panicle with many spikelets. In major grain quality traits,Rong 18 A was as good as Yixiang 1A,but better than Zhong 9A and Jin 23 A. With a higher gca effect both in yield and grain quality,Rong 18 A is a desirable parent to develop hybrid rice combinations with high yield and good grain quality.
