聚乳酸/纳米ZnO柱撑皂石复合材料原位插层聚合及其动力学研究

摘  要:以乳酸单体为原料,在ZnO柱撑皂石的催化下,直接缩聚合成了聚乳酸,并对其聚合反应动力学进行了研究。正交实验得到聚合最优方案为:反应体系中ZnO柱撑皂石加量为1%(wt),在180℃下反应7h。红外谱图表明所得聚合物为聚乳酸。动力学分析表明,在130℃、使用ZnO柱撑皂石催化剂、0.085MPa条件下,反应程度在2.35%~47.69%范围内,乳酸单体原位插层聚合反应符合三级反应。PLA/ZnO pillared saponite nanocomposite was prepared with the catalysis of ZnO pillared saponite using orthoganal experiments method. The optimum parameters were as follow: the addition content of ZnO pillared saponite was 1% (wt) and the reaction was running at 180℃ for 7h. IR result showed that the polymerization product was PLA; the polymerization kinetic model of PLA/ZnO pillared saponite nanocomposite was studied. The results showed that the polymerization kinetic model accorded with 3rd order under the polymerization reaction conditions at 0.085MPa vacuum degrees, 130℃, 2.35% ~ 47.69% reaction proceeds, ZnO pillared saponite catalyst.
