摘　　要：针对红外热像装备健康管理要求,分析反映健康状态的关键性能指标,提出可测性指标的检测方法,采用加权法计算得出装备的健康指数。试验结果表明,采用此方法计算得出的红外装备健康指数,能够反映装备的健康状态,有效避免装备故障,提高装备可靠性。For the health management requirements of infrared thermal imaging equipment,a detection method for testability indicators was proposed through analyzing performance indexes about health status,and the health index of the equipment was calculated by using the weighted method. The test results show that the obtained infrared equipment health index can reflect the health status of the equipment,avoid equipment failures,and improve equipment reliability.
