影响中国篮球职业教练员成才因素分析

摘　　要：以现阶段影响篮球职业教练员成才的因素为研究主题,运用访谈法、问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,分析了影响中国篮球职业教练员成才的因素问题,为今后篮球职业教练员的培养提供有价值的参考。主要研究结论如下:影响中国篮球职业教练员成才的因素有五大部分,他们的贡献率分别为:理论与实践因子贡献率15.041%、教练组管理因子贡献率14.895%、政策体制因子贡献率13.850%、教练员自我完善因子贡献率11.504%、社会发展因子贡献率10.744%。分析得出影响教练员成才的主要因素,根据五大因素去探究教练员的具体情况为今后教练员的培养提供依据。This article aims to explore the factors influencing on the cultivation of professional coaches nowadays. Resorting to literatures review,questionnaire,interview and statistics,this article probes into the existing problems in the current situation of cultivating professional basketball coaches and the process of cultivation of coaches,so as to provide valuable reference to the cultivation of professional basketball coaches hereafter. According to the study,there are five factors influencing the cultivation of Chinese professional basketball coaches and their contribution rates are as follows： the contribute rate of theory and practice is 15. 041; the contribution of management of coach team 14. 895; the contribution rate of policy and system 13. 850;the contribution rate of self-improvement of coaches 11. 504l; and the contribution rate of social development 10. 744. The factors from the analysis can provide a basis to explore the specific conditions of coaches and accordingly promote the cultivation of coaches from now on.
