旅游历史街区状态评判及其空间解读——以扬州“双东”为例

摘　　要：结合田野调查、主成分分析、分层聚类以及社会网络分析等方法,以扬州市的"双东"街区为例,构建了旅游历史街区发展状态的测评体系,评判了"双东"的发展状态,解析了该状态蕴含的内在矛盾,并从空间生产的角度对"双东"发展中存在的矛盾的缘由进行了解读。This essay is conducted in the case of Shuangdong historic district of Yangzhou City. Data was collected by a fieldwork approach including a questionnaire survey on a sample of 400 visitors. Methods of principle component analysis,hierarchical clustering and social network analysis are employed. The results indicate that relations between the subjective,environmental and behavioral attributes of tourist perception can be identified. Shuangdong remains optimistic communality but shows inconformity in terms of tourism supply- demand match,sustainability and placiality. Historic and traditional attributes have been constructively incorporated in the tourism development of Shuangdong but not yet become the core of driving force. Meanwhile,Shuangdong encounters conflicts between tourism stakeholders.
