美国研究型大学学生心理健康服务的特点及启示

摘　　要：美国研究型大学在人才培养中十分关注学生的心理健康,为其提供了较为完善的心理健康服务。心理健康服务主要有以下5个特点:服务机构设立于医疗机构中;具有多学科专业背景的服务团队;服务涉及面广、针对性强、形式多样;将服务与教育及校园人文环境的构建融合起来;服务安排方便且容易获得。这些特点给我国大学以启示,使我们对学生心理健康服务进行重新认识和定位,从多学科和学历方面充实服务队伍;同时尽力将服务细化,增加服务的便利性;扩大心理健康服务的参与面,构建和谐温暖的校园人文环境。American research universities pay much attention to students＇mental health in talent cultiva- tion, and provide good services for them. The mental health services have five characteristics as the following ： service agency built in medical agency, service team with muhidisciplinary professional background, exten- sive and multiform services, widely involvement, integration of service, education, and campus cultural en- vironment, and convenient availability. These characteristics bring about revelation for Chinese universi- ties. We should recognize and locate students mental health services, enrich the service team from multidisci- pline and education background. At the same time, we should refine the service, increase the convenient service, enlarge the involvement of mental health services, and build harmonious and warm campus human- ized environment.
