摘  要:随着电力推进技术的广泛应用,不同特性的电力负载在起动运行时对电网稳定造成一定冲击,引起电网电压不平衡,从而给负载功率需求计算带来困难。本文针对上述问题,依据软件锁相环设计了负载功率计算模块,并构建简化的船舶电网仿真模型,模拟负载在电网电压三相不平衡情况下功率计算,来验证功率计算模块的性能。结果表明该模块能够快速、准确地计算负载所需实际功率,为电力推进船舶能量管理功率控制策略提供精确数据。With electric propulsion technology widely used, the electrical load with different characteristics could cause some impact on grid stability in the starting runtime, cause the grid voltage unbalance, and make it difficult to calculate the load power demand. Aimed at the above problems, load power calculation module is designed according to SPLL, and a simplified simulation model of ship power system is constructed to simulate and calculate load power at grid voltage phase imbalance situation to verify the performance of the power calculation module. The results show that the module is able to quickly and accurately calculate "the actual power required by the load. It may provide accurate data for the energy management of electric propulsion ship power control strategy.
