摘　　要：介绍了什么是APP及公共图书馆开发利用APP的背景,分析了我国公共图书馆APP的特点和类别以及目前其发展现状和存在的问题,力图探讨出更好的利用办法并提出建设对策。The article introduces what is the APP and the background of developing and utilizing the APP in public library, analyzes the characteristics and categories of the APP, deeply analyzes the current development situation and existing problems, and tries to explore a better using measures to put forward construction countermeasures.
