摘  要:针对国内大型海上风电基础施工经验较少的现状,对福建南日岛海上风电首批样机大直径钢管桩施工进行了完整的模拟、监测和试验,涉及粉土、砂和强风化岩等地质条件,包含摩擦型和嵌岩型钢管混凝土桩两种类型。计算了超大型打桩设备MENCK800s及多种桩锤的施工过程,根据基础形式设计成独特的整体锚拉静载试验方案,取得了近海风电打桩模拟分析、施工性能监测、承载特征验证等成果,验证钢管桩和钢管混凝土桩的使用差别,总结了大型海上风电基础施工的设备需求和施工工艺。Currently, the engineering experiences for offshore wind turbine foundation are rare in China. The construction of Fujian Nanri Island offshore large-diameter steel pipe pile run a complete process of simulation, monitoring and testing, involving the geological conditions of silt, sand and strong weathered rock, containing two working conditions of both friction- type and steel-concrete rock-socketed type. By the simulation of construction process using different huge driven hammer such as MENCK800s, designing a new unique reaction frame for static load test, we obtained many researching results from driving simulation, driving monitoring and soil bearing characters, identified the working differences between steel pipe pile and concrete-fill steel pipe pile, and summarized the equipment needs and process requirement for large offshore wind turbine foundation.
