摘 要:针对外海桥梁桩基施工,研发一套具有固定基础的平台导向架。该导向架在沉桩过程中不受风浪影响,能够对钢管桩桩位和桩身垂直度进行实时监测并通过液压抱桩臂进行调整。沉桩结果表明,满足设计桩位偏位不大于10 cm,桩身综合垂直度不大于1/400的要求。该工艺具有在沉桩过程中不受外海风浪影响的特点,并能在沉桩过程中随时进行纠偏。Based on the bridge pile foundation construction in open seas, we developed a set of platform guide frame with a fixed base, the guide frame is not affected by the wind and waves in the process of sinking pile, it can monitor steel pipe pile position and pile verticality in real-time, and adjustment through hydraulic arm. The sinking pile results show that the steel pipe pile can meet the requirements of pile design deviation is not more than 10 cm and pile comprehensive vertical is less than 1/400 . This technology is not affected by open seas wind and waves, and rectifying at any time during the process of sinking pile.
