摘　　要：针对船用20钢管与316L不锈钢管的异种钢焊接中存在的材料差异、接头组织软化、焊接质量不稳定等问题,对比两种材料的化学成分、物理性能和焊接性,提出更为可靠焊接工艺和方法。Aim at the problems of material difference,soften mechanism of welded joints,welding quality unstable in the welding process of marine 20 steel and 316 L stainless steel dissimilar materials,according the analysis of the chemical composition,physical properties and welding property of the two material,a more reliable welding procedures and methods is put forward.
