摘 要:针对转轮转速对船用转轮除湿空调运行的影响问题,利用实验平台,在4种送风量下,以转轮转速作为单一变量,分析系统的运行特性。结果表明转轮转速过高或过低,都会降低单位转轮除湿量、电力性能系数和节能率,但对系统制冷量影响较小。结合ISO7547-2002标准,确定系统最佳转轮转速为6 r/h。In order to understand the effect of rotational speed upon performances of the rotary desiccant air-conditioning system of ships,the operational characteristics of the system is studied experimentally used the rotational speed of desiccant wheel as the single variable. Taking advantage of an experimental rig,the is operational parameters are tested under four kinds of supply air volume. It is showed that too high or too low rotational speed of the desiccant wheel will both lower the moisture removal,coefficient of performance and energy saving rate,while have little influence on refrigerating capacity. According to the ISO7547-2002 standard,the velocity that optimizes the dehumidification performances is about 6 r / h.
