摘　　要：介绍一种基于ZYNQ的微型光谱仪高速数据采集系统,以ZYNQ7010为核心微处理器,搭配ILX511CCD线列探测器与高速模/数转换器AD7621构成高速光谱数据采集系统,最高采样率可达3 MS/s。ZYNQ7010集成了双核ARM CortexA9 MPCore处理器、FPGA逻辑和DSP单元,可以使光谱数据采集系统空间更小,扩展性更高,并为后期的光谱数据处理提供了丰富的资源。A high-speed data acquisition system for micro-spectrometer based on ZYNQ microprocessor is introduced,in which ZYNQ7010 is taken as the core microprocessor. The high-speed spectral data acquisition system is composed of ILX511 CCD linear detector and AD7621 high-speed A/D converter. The maximum sampling rate can reach up to 3 MS/s.ZYNQ7010 is integrated with the dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor,FPGA logic and DSP unit,which can reduce the space of the spectral data acquisition system,and has high scalability. It provides abundant resources for later spectral data processing.
