摘 要:惠斯通电桥常被用于信号调理电路中,由于电桥的输出信号受到供电电源的影响,使得输出信号不稳定,会随着供电电源的波动有着较大的变化,同时输出信号与被调理的输入信号呈现的是非线性的关系,不利于对输入信号进行测量计算。在此采用在电桥电路上并联低电压可调精密稳压器TLV431对电桥电路输出进行优化,从理论上以及通过PSpice A/D仿真软件进行分析验证,得出结论,优化后的电桥电路,输出信号达到稳定,不受供电电源的影响,并且输出与输入信号呈线性关系,线性程度随桥臂电阻增大而提高。该优化电路为电桥用于信号调理电路提供了方便,并极大地提高了信号调理的精确度。The Wheastone bridge is commonly used in signal conditioning circuit. Since the bridge output signal is influenced by the power supply,which makes the output signal unstable and change with the fluctuation of power supply,and the relation between output signal and conditioned input signal is nonlinear,it is inconducive to measure and calculate the input signal. The low-voltage adjustable precision voltage regulator TLV431 is paralleled on bridge circuit to optimize the bridge circuit output.The analysis results from PSpice A/D simulation software and theory show that the output signal of the optimized bridge circuit is stable and not influenced by power supply. The output signal is linear with the input signal,and the linearity of the bridge is increased with the increase of the bridge-arm resistance. The optimized bridge circuit can provide convenience for the signal conditioning circuit,and greatly improve the accuracy of signal conditioning.
