摘　　要：利用DEA方法对2004—2013年全国各地区绿色经济效率进行静态、动态分析,得出了以下结论:环境污染与人均收入呈倒U型曲线关系,这验证了环境库兹涅兹曲线也适用于中国。我国绿色经济效率水平发展呈现东部大于西部、西部大于中部的趋势,三大经济地带的绿色经济效率都出现下降趋势。Based on static and dynamic analyses of China＇ s regional green economy efficiency from 2004 to 2013 using DEA, the following conclusions have been drawn： there is an inverted U-shape relationship between environmental pollution and per capita income, which indicates that environmental Kuznets curve also applies to China; the efficiency of western China＇ s green economy is lower than that of eastern China buthigher than that of middle China; the efficiency levels of green economy of all these three economic belts tend to decrease.
