摘　　要：目的观察强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者血小板参数的变化及外周血B、T淋巴细胞衰减因子(BTLA)、调节性T细胞(Treg)的表达。方法选取60例AS患者,检测患者血小板参数,采用流式细胞术检测外周血BTLA及Treg的表达,观察AS患者血小板变化及其影响因素。结果 AS患者存在血小板参数异常变化,表现为PLT、PCT的升高。与正常组比较,AS患者外周血BTLA及Treg的表达降低;与BTLA正常者比较,BTLA异常组血小板参数PLT、PCT升高;与Treg正常者比较,Treg异常者血小板参数PLT、PCT升高,MPV降低(P<0.05 or P<0.01)。血小板参数与BTLA、Treg及C3、hs-CRP、IGG存在一定相关性(P<0.05 or P<0.01)。结论 AS患者外周血BTLA、Treg表达降低可能是引起血小板参数异常的原因。Objective To observe the changes of platelet parameters, BTLA and Treg in peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Sixty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were slected. Biochemical analyzer was used to measured platelet parameters and other laboratory parameters, using flow cytometry to determinate BTLA and Treg expression in peripheral blood. The platelet parameters changes and the correlate with other parameters were observed. Result PLT, PCT of ankylosing spondylitis patients were increased. Compared with normal control, BTLA and Treg expressing of AS patients were reduced significantly. Compared with BTLA normal group, PLT and PCT of AS patients were increased in BTLA abnormal group. Compared with Treg normal group, PLT and PCT of AS patients were increased and MPV reduced significantly in BTLA abnormal group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The platelet parameters and BTLA,Treg were correlated with C3,hs-CRP,IGG（P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The platelet parameters abmormalities maybe related to the imbalance of BTLA and Treg expression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
