摘  要:运用泰尔指数系统分析2002—2013年中国农业科研要素(资金和人员)投入的区域差异,并构建计量经济模型研究影响其变化的主要因素。结果表明:1中国农业科研投入总体增长稳定,科研资金投入的年均增幅快于科研人员投入;东部地区农业科研总体投入力度最大,西部次之,中部和东北地区最低。2中国农业科研资金要素和人员要素投入的总体差异均呈减少态势,区域内差异对其总体差异的贡献较大。3资金投入受到GDP、科研机构数量等因素的影响较大,而农业科研人员投入则更容易受到农业发展现状的影响。对农业科研投入的需求程度由资源丰腴地区向资源不足地区增强。The paper analyzed the regional difference of two input factors,funds input and staffs input,for China's agricultural research based on Theil index,and studied their driving forces by constructing an economic model from 2002 to 2013. Results showed that: 1The input of China's agricultural research had a stable increase overall,and the annual increase of funds input on average was larger than staffs input. The east region was of the highest input,and the west region took the second place,followed by the central region and the northeast region. 2The overall difference between funds input and staffs input was narrowing,and the internal difference contributed more than the regional difference to the overall difference. 3The funds input was significantly influenced by GDP and number of research institutions,while the staffs input was easier affected by current situation of agriculture. The resource poor regions had greater demands for agricultural research input than resourceful regions.
