复方丹参片治疗血管性认知障碍64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参片治疗血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:将128例血管性认知障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各64例。对照组在基础治疗上予盐酸多奈哌齐,治疗组在对照组的基础上予复方丹参片治疗。观察两组患者第12、24、36周时的临床表现。结果:治疗组治疗后SDSVD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后第12、24、36周时ADAS-Cog、HDS-R、ADL、CDR的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组总不良反应率为6.2%,治疗组总不良反应率为4.7%,两组总不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组总有效率为70.3%,治疗组总有效率为85.9%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参片治疗血管性认知障碍有较好临床疗效,能改善患者的智能、日常生活能力。Objective： To observe the effects of Fufang Danshen Pian（FFDSP, 复方 丹 参 片） on vascular cognitive impairment（VCI）. Methods： The 128 VCI patients were divided into control group and thetreatment group, each 64 cases. Besides the foundation treatment in both groups, control group aslo received donepezil hydrochloride, and the treatment group was given FFDSP on the basis of the control group. The clinical manifestations in 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks were observed. Results： The SDSVD scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The clinical manifestations mprovement in 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The total adverse reaction rate of the control group was 6.2%, and the treatment group was 4.7%, there was no significant difference（P〉 0.05）.The total effective rate of control group was 70.3%, and the treatment group was 85.9%, the effects of the treatment group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： FFDSP has good clinical efficiacy on vascular cognitive impairment, and can improve the intelligence and the ability of daily living of patients.
