柏栀导赤口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柏栀导赤口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床效果及对前列腺液中白细胞和卵磷脂小体的影响。方法:将103例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组53例(柏栀导赤口服液+左氧氟沙星胶囊)和对照组50例(左氧氟沙星胶囊),同时对治疗前后前列腺液中白细胞和卵磷脂小体进行检测。结果:治疗组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为82.0%,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组与对照组治疗后均出现白细胞减少,卵磷脂小体增加,治疗组在减少白细胞方面优于对照组。结论:柏栀导赤口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎具有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Baizhi Daochi Oral Liquid（BZDCOL, 柏栀导赤口服液）combined with levofloxacin on chronic prostatitis, and the effects on the WBC and lecithin of prostatic fluid.Methods： The 103 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group（53） and control group（50）; the treatment group was treated with BZDCOL combined with levofloxacin, while the control group was given levofloxacin only. The amount of the WBC and lecithin of prostatic fluid was observed. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 94.3%, which was better than control group（82.0%）. The amount of WBC cells of the two groups both decreased, and the lecithin both increased, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group in eukocytopenia. Conclusion： The therapy of BZDCOL combined with levofloxacin has good effect on chronic prostatitis.
