摘　　要：为了提高医学生临床实习的质量,最大程度上保障医疗安全,建立了"毕业实习准入机制",在这一制度的保障下,实现理论和临床实践教学的无缝衔接,提高学生的临床动手能力,为探索医学教育改革提供一个方向。To improve the quality of medical students in clinical practice and ensure the medical safety degree, the author established ＂access mechanism＂ graduation practice. And under the guarantee of the mechanism, it could realize the seamless connection of theory and clinical practice teaching, and improve students＇ clinical practice ability, then to explore our medical education reform and provide a direction.
