摘 要:目的:探讨金银花多糖对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、水煎液组、醇溶组及多糖低、高剂量组,每组10只,注射环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型,检测小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数、血清溶血素水平及IL-2含量。结果:金银花多糖可提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数,促进溶血素抗体生成,增加IL-2含量,且高剂量多糖优于低剂量组。结论:金银花多糖可增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the immunomodulating activities of polysaccharides from the Lonicera japonica. Method:The mice were randomly divided into six groups(10 in each group),including normal control group,model group,water decoction group,alcohol soluble group,and two groups treated respectively with low dose and high dose of polysaccharides from the Lonicera japonica. The hypoimmune mice models were constructed by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide. The thymus index,spleen index,serum hemolysin and IL-2 content were measured. Results:The Lonicera japonica polysaccharides markedly increased the index,spleen index,serum hemolysin and IL-2 content. The high dose of polysaccharides was better than the low dose one. Conclusion:Lonicera japonica polysaccharides can improve immune functions in cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppresses mice.
