当归芍药散联合氯沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归芍药散治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将52例符合糖尿病肾病诊断标准的患者随机分为2组。对照组26例,给予氯沙坦口服治疗。治疗组26例,在对照组治疗基础上给予当归芍药散口服。两组连续治疗2个月后观察治疗前后肾功能、血脂、尿蛋白、血流变学及炎症因子指标变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后尿蛋白、CRP、IL-6、IL-18有显著下降(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血流变学指标及Scr明显改善(P<0.05),对照组改善不明显(P>0.05)。两组治疗后FBG、BUN均无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论:当归芍药散治疗早期糖尿病肾病有显著疗效。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism on diabetic nephropathy in early stage with Danggui Shaoyao San. Methods：52 cases of diabetic nephropathy in accordance with diagnostic criteria were randomized into 2 groups. The control group（26 patients）with Losartan. The treatment group（26 patients）with Danggui Shaoyao San on the base of the control group. The efficacy was observed after 2 months in two groups. Results：The UAER,CRP,IL-6,IL-18 had significantly decreased in treatment group compared with the control group（P0.05）. The blood rheology and Scr were obviously improved in the treatment group（P0.05）,and no significant improved in the control group（P0.05）. There was no significant different in FBG and BUN both of 2 groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：Danggui Shaoyao San had good cure effect on diabetic nephropathy in early stage.
