中西医结合疗法在骨创伤后疼痛患者中应用及效果评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法在骨创伤后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院自2013年1月—2014年1月收治的100例骨创伤患者为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各50例。给予对照组常规西药治疗,给予观察组中西医治疗。调查对比两组治疗后疼痛情况及随访康复情况。结果:观察组中度、重度疼痛发生率明显大于对照组;观察组睡眠质量得分≤8分者明显多于对照组,≥15分明显少于对照组;观察组康复优良率明显大于对照组(86.00%>80.00%)。以上两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予骨创伤后患者中西医结合治疗能够有效缓解患者治疗后的疼痛体验,提高患者的睡眠治疗,取得良好的康复效果。因此,该方法值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the application effect of combination therapy in patients after bone trauma pain in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods：100 cases of bone trauma patients in our hospital from 2013 January-2014 year in January as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,observation group treated with western medicine treatment. Pain and rehabilitation follow-up survey were compared between two groups after treatment. Results：In the observation group,moderate,severe pain was significantly greater than that of the control group;the observation group sleep quality score 8 points were significantly higher than the control group,more than 15 cent was significantly less than the control group;the observation group recovery rate was significantly higher than the control group（86.00%80.00%）. The statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion：Bone trauma patients after combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine to treat patients with effective links experience pain,improve the treatment of patients with sleep,get good rehabilitation results. Therefore,this method is worthy of clinical application.
