中西医结合疗法对下肢静脉血栓治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对下肢静脉血栓患者的治疗效果。方法:我院选取了2013年10月—2014年10月期间来治疗的72例下肢静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,利用计算机软件把72例患者随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组分别36例患者。给予对照组常规西药治疗,观察组中西医结合治疗,比较观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94%,对照组治疗有效率为75%,观察组明显优于对照组。两组差异(P<0.05)存在统计学意义。结论:对下肢静脉血栓患者实施中西医结合治疗疗效确切,可将患者生活质量有效提高,应推广治疗。Objective：To study the treatment effect of the treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis by integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy. Methods：Our hospital selected October 2013 to 2014,the 10 month period to treat 72 cases of lower extremity venous thrombosis patients as the research object,using computer software to 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each group were 36 cases of patients. The control group was treated by routine western medicine,the observation group was treated by western medicine,and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 94%,and the control group was 75%,the observation group was better than the control group. The difference between the two groups（P0.05）was statistically significant. Conclusion：The treatment of the combined treatment of the patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis can be effective and can improve the quality of life of patients,and should be promoted and treated.
