青光眼术后患者自我护理康复指导体会

摘　　要：目的:讨论青光眼患者术后的康复指导,便于加强青光眼患者术后的自我护理。方法:选择青光眼手术的患者126例,根据患者受教育的程度、视力下降的程度、患者的性格职业等进行自我护理的康复指导,通过监测眼压、视力、问卷调查进行评分,分析护理对疾病康复的影响。结果:在给予自我护理指导后,有效97例(76.98%);给予自我护理指导后有效的患者中眼压较无效者明显降低,两者具有统计学差异(t=3.121,P=0.002);视力分布无明显差异。结论:青光眼术后患者自我护理的康复指导,可明确眼压控制的重要性,提高生活质量,指导预后。Objective：To discuss the guidance of glaucoma patients after surgery to improve glaucoma patients in self-care. Methods：126 patients after glaucoma surgery,self-care and rehabilitation guidance carried out according to the degree of education,vision loss and the patient＇s personality occupation,scored by monitoring intraocular pressure,vision,questionnaires. Results：97 cases（76.98%）patients are effective with self-care guidance,IOP in the effective patients was significantly lower than the invalid patients,with significant difference（t=3.121,P=0.002）;no significant difference in visual acuity distribution. Conclusions：Self-care and rehabilitation guidance to glaucoma patients,can enforce the importance of controlling intraocular pressure and improve the quality of life,better prognosis.
