补骨脂盐炙对肾阳虚、脾虚模型动物燥性影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补骨脂盐炙对肾阳虚、脾虚模型动物燥性的影响。方法:以主要脏器指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na^+-K`+-ATP酶含量为评价指标,观察不同剂量补骨脂生品和盐炙品对氢化可的松所致肾阳虚模型大鼠及大黄所致脾虚腹泻模型大鼠燥性的影响。结果:不同剂量补骨脂生品和盐炙品对肝指数、肾指数、胸腺指数、血清cAMP/cGMP、TNF-α、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶均有显著性影响(P<0.05);且补骨脂高剂量组盐炙前后功效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂盐炙后可缓和燥性,作用强度与剂量相关。Objective：To investigate the effects of Fructus Psoraleae salt solution on kidney yang deficiency,animal model of spleen deficiency dry effect.Methods：To the main organ index and serum cAMP/cGMP,TNF-α,Na＋-K＋-ATPase content as evaluation index,observe the dry effect of different doses of psoralen goods and salt processed products on hydrocortisone induced kidney yang deficiency model rats and rhubarb caused by spleen deficiency diarrhea model rats.Results：the crude drug of low dose group,high dose group,psoralen goods salt processed low dose group,salt broiled product liver coefficient,kidney coefficient of high dose group,thymus coefficient,serum cAMP/cGMP,TNF-α,Na＋-K＋-ATP enzyme and the blank group,the model group showed a significant difference（P〈0.05）;and the crude drug of high dose group and Fructus Psoraleae salt broiled product in high dose group had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psoralen after salt processing can ease dryness,intensity and dose related.
