摘　　要：[目的]总结24例儿童慢性肉芽肿病(CGD)移植前的治疗和护理。[方法]对24例儿童慢性肉芽肿病的治疗及护理方法进行总结。包括保护性隔离、加强基础护理、预防和控制感染、使用特殊药物观察与护理、饮食指导、心理护理等。[结果]经规范治疗和精心护理,2例治疗无效院内死亡,4例放弃治疗出院后死亡。4例患儿找到合适的供者,已成功行造血干细胞移植。[结论]积极预防及控制感染是治疗CGD的关键,同时也是行造血干细胞移植的前提和保障。Objective：To summarize the treatment and nursing of 24children＇s chronic granulomatous disease before the transplant.Methods：It summarized the treatment and nursing methods of 24children＇s chronic granulomatous disease,which including the protective isolation,strengthening basic nursing,prevention and infection control,special drugs observation and nursing,dietary guidance,psychological nursing,etc.Results：After the standardized treatment and careful nursing,2cases died in hospital and 4patients died after being discharged from hospital,4children found a suitable donor,has been successfully transplanted hematopoietic stem cell and are healthy survival.After the follow-up for 2months to 7years,18 cases were healthy survival.Conclusion：Preventing and controlling infection actively was the key to the treatment of CGD,and was also the premise and guarantee of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
