摘　　要：随着大数据时代的到来,海量医疗数据为临床诊疗和医疗服务提供了更加智能的辅助支持和全面的数据信息,为医疗管理决策带来巨大机遇。与此同时,大数据由于其自身特点又带来诸多问题。对其进行剖析并提出建议,为医院管理者在大数据时代下如何做出管理决策提供新的探索和参考。In the big data era,abundant of medical data provided more intelligent auxiliary supports and more comprehensive data information for clinical diagnosis and medical service,which may bring huge opportunities for medical management decisions. At the same time,big data owns some troubles due to its characters. We analyzed them and gave some suggestions,in order to provide new explorations and references for medical managers to make management decisions in big data era.
