摘　　要：目的:在复旦大学附属华山医院建立医生排班系统,探讨该系统在实现医院精细化管理,促进医院向敏捷化的智慧医院转型中的作用。方法:基于微软.NET架构设计开发,并且部署在医院的私有云平台上。结果:通过开发建设,在医院排班系统中实现下列主要功能:病区值班排班;门诊排班;急诊排班;会诊排班;排班视图。结论:通过推广使用该系统,可以避免人员排班信息孤岛,实时查看院内人员动态流动,合理配置人员和资源,提升医院的精细化管理水平。Objective： To develop and analyze the hospital scheduling system that implements agile and lean management,and promoted transformation towards smart hospital. Methods： The scheduling system was developed based on Microsoft.Net platform and deployed on the private cloud. Result： The system is comprised of the following modules： ward duty scheduling,outpatient scheduling,emergency scheduling,consultation scheduling and scheduling view. Conclusion： By using the system,it eliminated the silo of staff scheduling information through data sharing with other information systems. With a real-time,dynamic view monitoring of the human resources allocation,it can help improve the resources management,and enhance the management level of the hospital.
