摘　　要：如何培育与践行社会主义核心价值观,是全党全社会应深入思考的问题与共同肩负的责任。在新的社会形势下,坚持社会主义核心价值观是引导大学生形成正确价值观的必然,是高校思政教育的必然,也是引领大学生成长成才的必然。只有加强社会主义核心价值观的宣传和教育,强化导向功能,提升大学生的认同意识,提高"两课"教学质量,使理论与实践相结合、做到知行统一,才能使社会主义核心价值观的主导地位在高校大学生中真正得到确立。How to cultivate and practice the core socialist values is a worth- thinking issue and co- responsibility for both the Party and the whole society. In the new social situation,adhering to the core socialist values is a necessity for college students to form their correct values as well as to grow into useful persons,and a necessity for college to carry out ideological and political education. Only by way of strengthening the publicity and education of core socialist values and the guidance function,raising college students＇ sense of identity,improving the teaching quality of ＂ two courses＂,and combining theory with practice to achieve the unity of moral knowledge and practice,can we really establish the dominant position of core socialist values in college students＇ minds.
