高校档案专业教学的现状与对策思考

摘　　要：本文具体分析了目前高校档案专业教学中存在的一些问题:档案教学定位不准;教学中理论与实践脱节;教学硬件、思路和方法的老旧;新教材编写滞后,缺乏教学的前沿性。同时,针对这些问题尝试提出了相应的解决办法:以职业为导向,准确定位教学目标;加强实践教育,多种渠道教学;探索和完善档案信息化教学;改革考核方式,增加专业技能测试。The article specifically analyzed the problems of archives of higher education： the education idea of archives is not allowed; theory divorcing from practice; teaching facilities,teaching idea and teaching methods are conservative; compiling new textbooks was lagged without forward- looking. Meanwhile,the paper also brings up some personal suggestions： pinpoint teaching objective with the occupational education and training- oriented goals; educational practice should be strengthened through multiple avenues; to explore and perfect the informationize construction of file; through reforming means of examination and increasing the skill tests.
