摘 要:某钼尾矿中长石含量较高,为减少尾矿堆存,提高矿产资源的综合利用率,对该尾矿中长石的回收进行试验研究。通过流程对比试验,制定了"脱泥-磁选-浮选"的回收工艺流程。通过单因素条件试验确定磁选最佳场强为1.0 T、浮选最佳捕收剂用量为1800 g/t。最终获得长石和石英的混合精矿产率为34.46%,通过配矿可达到平板玻璃Ⅱ级原料标准。该回收工艺不仅解决了钼尾矿堆存问题,还可产生显著的经济效益。An experimental research on recovering the feldspar from molybdenum tailing was done to reduce the piled tailings and take full advantage of mineral resource. A recovery process was established through comparative experiments,and it was desliming-magnetic separation-flotation. Through the single factor test,the optimum magnetic intensity was determined as 1. 0 T and the optimum dosage of collecting agent was 1800 g / t. The mixed concentrates of feldspar and quartz reached the second level quality standards for flat glass in raw material through ore proportioning and the yield was 34. 46%. The process not only solves the problem of piled tailing but also increases economic benefits.
