摘　　要：本文介绍了北衙铁金矿的性质,对银在炭浆工艺中的机理进行了浅析,通过不断的技术改善,使银的回收率大幅提高,矿产资源得到了综合利用。This paper introduces the properties of Beiya iron-gold ore. The mechanism of silver in the CIL process was analyzed. Through continuous technical improvement,the recovery of silver was greatly improved,the mineral resources was utilized comprehensively.
