山东省淄博市手足口病经济负担调查分析

摘　　要：调查结果显示,山东省淄博市2014年手足口病经济负担较重,门诊经济负担为457.81元(中位数),住院经济负担为4276.9元(中位数),住院经济负担占当年城镇居民人均可支配收入的12.75%、农村居民人均纯收入的27.54%。为此,要加强对手足口病的健康教育宣传,尤其是对农村地区散居儿童家长的健康教育,提高其卫生意识和对手足口病防治知识的认知;同时,提高基层医疗卫生机构的诊疗水平,规范治疗行为,以减轻手足口病的经济负担。The results show that the economic burden of hand-foot-mouth disease is heavy, outpatient economic burden is 457.81 Yuan（median）, hospitalization economic burden is 4276.9 Yuan（median）, hospitalization economic burden accounts for 12.75% of urban residents per capita disposable income, as well as 27.54% of rural residents per capita net income. So, health education should be strengthened to improve health consciousness and knowledge about hand-foot-mouth disease, especially in rural areas. Otherwise, improving diagnosis and treat level of primary health institutions and standardizing medical practices should be done to reduce the hand-foot-mouth disease economic burden.
