摘　　要：理论分析结合工程设计实例,对优化前后的循环回路工艺流程在操作、运行、节能降耗等方面对比讨论,确定优选设计方案。此外,从理论角度对优选循环回路工艺方案中高位槽接入点位置进行分析,讨论该位置对装置运行及制造成本等方面的影响。This paper combines the theoretical analysis with engineering design to compare and discuss the circulation loop process flow before and after the optimization in the aspects of operation, running, energy saving,consumption reduction and other aspects to determine the optimal design scheme. In addition,this paper from a theoretical point of view analyzes the location of connection point in head tank of the optimal circulation loop process scheme,and discusses the impact of the position on the plant operation and manufacturing cost etc.
