摘 要:采用人工控水的方法对6个杨树品种幼苗进行干旱胁迫,研究各品种杨树的阻抗谱参数和蒸腾速率对干旱胁迫的响应规律。结果表明:土壤含水量对杨树幼苗叶片的胞内电阻和蒸腾速率有十分显著的影响,与胞内电阻、蒸腾速率分别呈显著、极显著相关;8328和8801的蒸腾速率较小,抗旱能力较强。白城小黑和8328响应土壤水分胁迫的敏感度较高,适应干旱能力较强;在土壤含水量为8%~11%时各品种杨树的蒸腾速率最低,此时应该趋于严重干旱。By artificial water controlling,drought stresses were given to seedlings of six varieties of aspen,and the response patterns of impedance spectrum parameters and transpiration rates of those varieties were studied.The results indicated:soil moisture content had significant impacts on cell internal resistance and transpiration rate of leaves in seedling,and cell internal resistances were significantly and extremely significant correlated with transpiration rates;varieties 8328 and 8801 were lower in transpiration rate,and higher in drought resistance.Populus psedosimonii × nigra cv.‘Baicheng'and 8328 were more sensitive in response to soil water stress,and were stronger in ability of adaption to drought.When the soil moisture content were 8%~11%,the transpiration rate of every variety was lowest,and tended to in severe drought.
