摘　　要：需求响应项目的商业运作模式是影响需求响应项目成效的另一重要因素,新兴的商业运作模式能够显著提高用户参与需求响应项目的积极性。美国运用需求响应关键支撑技术和新的商业运作模式,成功开展了许多需求响应试点项目。介绍了美国激励用户采用灵活需求响应设备的新兴商业运作模式和重点需求响应项目案例,借鉴相关技术,为我国电力需求响应项目的发展提出建议,以促进需求响应项目在我国高效、有序地开展。The commercial operation modes of demand response projects are another important factor to influence demand response program performance and new commercial operation modecan significantly improve users＇ enthusiasm of participation in demand response projects. Using key support technologies and new commercial operation mode,the America has successfully launched many demand response pilot projects. This paper introduces the emerging business operation mode that motivates users to adopt flexible demand response equipment and key project cases. Finally,referring to related technologies,the paper gives suggestions for the development of demand response projects in China to promote the effective and orderly development of our country＇s demand response projects.
