摘 要:目的:分析非典型心绞痛(NTA)病变程度与血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平和微小RNA(miR)-487、-29b、-215的相关性。方法:选取NTA患者40例,根据冠脉造影结果和Gensini评分,分为轻度病变组(n=24)和中度及以上病变组(n=16),另选疑似NTA,但冠脉造影排除冠心病(CHD)患者作为对照组(n=30),检测各组HCY、miR-487、miR-29b及miR-215水平,分析HCY、miR-487、miR-29b及miR-215与Gensini评分的相关性。结果:NTA组血清HCY、miR-487和miR-215水平均高于对照组,miR-29b水平低于对照组(均P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,HCY水平变化与NTA病变程度(Gensiniy评分)无显著相关,rHCY=0.012,P>0.05;miR-487和miR-215水平与Gensini评分呈显著正相关(rmiR-487=0.449,rmiR-215=0.740,P<0.05);miR-29b与Gensini评分无显著相关,rmiR-29b=0.008,P>0.05。同时,血清HCY水平与miR-487水平显著正相关(r=0.502,P<0.05),与miR-215、miR-29b未见显著相关(r=0.010、0.014,P>0.05)。结论:血清HCY和miR水平变化及相互作用可能参与NTA的发病。Objective:To evaluate the correlation between Homocysteine(HCY),miR-487,miR-29 band miR-215 in non-typical angina pectoris patients.Method:40patients with non-typical angina(NTA)were selected.These cases were divided into mild lesions group(n=24)and moderate and above lesions group(n=16)according to the results of coronary angiography and Gensini score.In addition,patients with suspected NTA but excluded CHD by coronary angiography was included in the control group(n=30).The levels of HCY and miRNAs(miR-487,miR-29 b,and miR-215)were measured.The correlation analysis and linear regression were used to analyse the correlation among the HCY,miRNA and Gensini score.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of serum HCY,miR-487 and miR-215 in NTA group were significantly decreased(P〈0.01),and the level of miR-29 bin NTA group was significantly increased(P〈0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between Gensini score and HCY or miR-29 b,and there was a significantly positively correlated between Gensini score and miR-487 or miR-215(rmiR-487=0.449,rmiR-215=0.740,P〈0.05).At the same time,there was a significantly positively correlated between HCY and miR-487(r=0.502,P〈0.05)and there was no correlation between HCY and miR-215 or miR-29b(r=0.010,r=0.014,P〉0.05).Conclusion:The mutual manipulation between miR-487 and HCY may contribute to the pathology of non-typical angina.
