摘  要:在超临界流体萃取过程中,提取效率受多种因素的影响,当考察多个因素对结果的影响时,常用试验设计及优化方法以获得最佳工艺条件。现介绍了正交设计、均匀设计、Box-Behnken设计、星点设计的基本概念及原理,分析比较了上述试验设计的优势和局限性,并综述了正交设计、均匀设计、Box-Behnken设计、星点设计-效应面优化法在超临界流体萃取中的应用和进展。In the process of supercritical fluid extraction, the extraction efficiency is influenced by many factors.When studying the effect of several factors on the results, experimental design and optimization method are used to obtain optimal technological condition. In this paper, the basic concept and principle of the orthogonal design, uniform design, Box-Behnken design, central composite design are discussed, and the advantages and limitations of the above four kinds of experimental designs are compared. The application and progress of orthogonal design, uniform design,Box-Behnken and central composite design-response surface optimization method in supercritical fluid extraction are summarized, which is based on extensive literature.
