摘　　要：该文对冯纪忠先生建筑文化精神的研究,特别是对冯纪忠"以人为本"的公民建筑设计思想的分析,提出了建筑如何实现与古为新问题,即建筑理论的思维空间视野要扩大,不能只是在建筑范围内打转转,要从大科学的角度观察建筑问题,所谓走出建筑学;走出建筑学界的象牙塔,建筑是全社会、全民族和全体公民的建筑,需要建筑界内外的共识与合力才能改变中国建筑的落后面貌,只靠建筑界的自治自为是不可能再创辉煌的。According to the study on the architectural culture spirit of Feng Jizhong and especially the analysis on his civil architectural design thought of humanism, the question is presented of how to innovate architectural thoughts based on the old ones, which refers to expand thinking space and vision for architectural theories instead of focusing on architecture only, to perceive architectural issues in the light of Big Science instead of architecture for architecture is of the whole society, the entire nation and all the civilians. The reappeared splendor of Chinese architecture calls for the joint efforts from both the architectural circle and outside the circle instead of the circle itself.
