摘　　要：【目的】探讨在超声引导下采用双尖缝合针经皮高位连续环形缝扎大隐静脉的手术方法治疗大隐静脉曲张的可行性及有效性。【方法】选择30例（42条）大隐静脉曲张患者，在超声引导下使用双尖缝合针经皮连续环形缝扎隐股静脉连接处的大隐静脉，将线结置于皮下，对其余的大隐静脉主干、曲张的属支及团块同样采用经皮连续环形缝扎治疗。对临床资料进行回顾性分析。【结果】随访6个月静脉曲张无一例复发，皮下缝合处针孔疤痕全部消失。【结论】在超声引导下应用双尖缝合针对大隐静脉进行经皮高位连续环形缝扎治疗的方法安全可靠、简便省时、并发症少、没有瘢痕、微创美容，值得临床推广。[Objective]To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of percutaneous continuous high circumsu- ture with double-tipped needle by ultrasound for great saphenous varicose. [Methods]Forty-two lower extremities of 30 patients suffering from great saphenous varicose were chosen. Percutaneous continuous high circumsuture of saphenofemoral junction with double-tipped needle by ultrasound guidance was adopted and the knots were put in subcutaneous situs; other varicose veins were performed by means of percutaneous continuous cir- cumsuture with double-tipped needle. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. [Results]During the fol- low-up of 6 months no patient recurred and all scars in subcutaneous suture situs disappeared completely. [Conclusion]The operating therapy of percutaneous continuous high circumsuture with double-tipped needle by ultrasound guidance is a very safe and reliable method that has many advantages since it is convenient, efficient, results in fewer complications, leaves no.scar, and is minimally invasive. It deserves to be spread in clinical performance.
