外文电子书采购模式研究

摘　　要：随着电子资源建设的不断深化,国内高校对外文电子书的需求显著增加。针对电子书产品存在着采购决策难度大、采购模式单一、平台不兼容、价格方案不灵活以及长期保存机制等问题,首先对外文电子图书的现有采购方式和途径进行了概括和总结。基于对北京师范大学Springer电子图书的使用统计分析,结合外文电子书新型采购模式DDA(Demand Driven Acquisition)进行了探讨和思考。最后,提出外文电子书采购模式对策和构想,以期更有效地引进外文电子书资源,提高入藏质量,形成科学合理的馆藏结构,提高文献资源经费的利用效率。With the development of the electronic resources, foreign e-books are needed more and more in academic university libraries. There are many problems on price, acquisition proposal and platform compatibility. This paper firstly introduces acquisition model of foreign e-books in academic university libraries. Then usage data of Springer e-book in BNU Library are analyzed, and the problem of current acquisition model is put forward. Besides, the paper presents and analyzes Demand Driven Acquisition model. At last, proposal is made with the consideration on local circumstances in order to make good use of resource budget and form a scientific and reasonable library collection structure.
