摘  要:目前有关Ni-Zn-P三元化学镀的研究还不系统。研究了镀液初始p H值及施镀温度对化学镀Ni-Zn-P三元合金施镀效果的影响,探明了镀速、镀层硬度及其耐蚀性以及镀层Ni,Zn,P含量的变化规律,并对典型试样进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析和耐酸、碱、盐腐蚀性能测试。结果表明:镀层表面平整、均匀、结构致密,胞状/球状及条带状微观形貌特征鲜明;镀层主要由非晶、微晶或其混合相组成,其中Zn,P原子固溶于面心立方Ni晶格中;镀层耐盐、耐碱腐蚀能力较强。The effects of initial pH value of the bath and plating temperature on electroless plating Ni- Zn- P ternary alloy were studied,and the variation laws of the plating rate,micro-hardness,corrosion resistance and the contents of Ni,Zn and P of the coating were investigated.Meantime,typical samples were analyzed by SEM and XRD respectively,and their corrosion resistance in aqueous solutions of strong acid,strong alkali and neutral salt was tested.Results showed that the Ni-Zn-P coating surface was smooth,even and dense,with the distinct cellular / spherical and band- shaped micro- structure.The coating was mainly composed of amorphous and micro-crystalline phases or their mixtures,in which Zn and P were dissolved into fcc Ni lattice in the form of solid-solution.Besides,the coating exhibited comparatively excellent resistance to salt and alkali corrosion.
