基于投入产出模型的中国海洋产业关联及海陆产业联动发展分析

摘　　要：海陆产业之间存在着天然的、错综复杂的联系,海陆产业联动发展是现阶段发展壮大海洋产业的核心。根据国标(GB/T 20794-2006)对海洋产业的界定,从2000年和2010年中国投入产出表中拆分出12个主要海洋产业,形成海洋产业投入产出表。在此基础上,对中国海洋产业的投入结构、后向/前向关联关系和产业波及效应进行分析。计算结果表明10年来我国海洋产业的产业链有所延长,向陆地产业延伸,尤其与陆地产业中的第三产业关联密切。同时,中国海洋产业与能源产业关联紧密,其发展主要依赖第二产业。There is a natural relation between marine industries and land industries. It is acknowledged that sea and land resources complete each other. At present, marine development requires marine- land industry linkage development.Based on the national standard（GB/T 20794-2006） for the definition of marine industry, this paper split out of 12 major marine industries from China input- output table of 2010 and 2000, then formed new input- output tables for marine sectors. After that, the input- output model is used to study Marine industry structure, backward/forward linkage and spread effect. The calculation results show that in these 10 years the industrial chain of the marine has been extended to the land industry, especially the third industry. At the same time, the marine industry and energy industry is closely related.
