摘　　要：应用多壁碳纳米管（MWCNTs）、L-精氨酸（L-Arg）和纳米金（Au NPs）修饰玻碳电极（GCE）获得Au NPs/P-L-Arg/MWCNTs/GCE修饰电极,通过静电作用将氨基修饰的莱克多巴胺（RAC）适配体固定于电极表面,制得新型莱克多巴胺适配体电化学传感器。考查了扫描速度、培育温度、培育时间、适配体修饰量以及p H等条件对传感器响应性能的影响。结果表明,该传感器灵敏度高、选择性好。在优化条件下,其线性范围为1.00×10-11~1.00×10-7mol/L,线性相关系数为0.980 4,检出限达1.00×10-11mol/L。另外,该传感器操作简单、性能稳定,将其用于实际猪尿中莱克多巴胺的检测,回收率为97.1%~103.0%,相对标准偏差低于9.4%。A novel electrochemical sensor based on ractopamine aptamer has been prepared,in which the glass carbon electrode was modified by using multi wall carbon nano tubes,L-arginine and gold nano particles to get a Au NPs / P-L-Arg / MWCNTs / GCE electrode. And the ractopamine aptamer with amino was immobilized on the surface of the modified electrode by electrostatic interaction. The effects of some factors such as scan rate,incubation temperature and time,the modification quantity of aptamer and p H,etc,on the response performance of the sensor were investigated. The results indicated that the sensor exhibited high sensitivity as well as the good selectivity. Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the electrochemical sensor was from 1. 00 ×10- 11 to 1. 00 × 10- 7mol / L with the linearity relation coefficient of 0. 980 4. And the detection limit of the sensor reached 1. 00 ×10- 11 mol / L. Moreover,the sensor was of the simple operation and stable performance when it was applied into the determination of ractopamine in swine urine. The recovery of ractopamine spiked in swine urine was from 97. 1% to 103. 0% and the relative standard deviations were below 9. 4%.
