摘  要:利用Fluent软件分别采用标准k??模型、Realizable k??模型和RNG k??型对SV型静态混合器的湍流流速场进行了模拟,得到时均速度、湍动能和湍流强度,与实验值进行对比,计算了数值计算结果与实验值之间的标准差。结果表明:三种数值模型对时均流速的预测差别不大,而对于湍动能和湍流强度的预测,Realizable k??模型的标准差是其它两个模型的50%左右,是最适合SV型静态混合器的湍流模型。Based on Fluent, Realizable k?? model, RNG k?? model and the standard k?? model were used to calculate the turb Based on Fluent, Realizable k?? model, RNG k?? model and the standard k?? model were used to calculate the turbulent velocity field of SV static mixer. The time-averaged velocity, turbulent kinetic energy and turbulence intensity were achieved and compared with the experimental value; the standard deviation between the results of numerical calculation and the experimental values was calculated. The results show that: there is little difference among three forecasts of the time-averaged velocity; while for the forecasts of turbulent kinetic energy and turbulence intensity, the standard deviation of Realizable k?? model is about 50% of the other two models. So, it is the most suitable turbulence model for SV static mixer numerical simulation.
