摘　　要：酒店位于辽宁某市铁东区,为170.1m高的超限框架-核心筒结构,部分竖向构件不连续,属高度超限特别不规则结构。文章主要介绍了该酒店的结构设计要点,并通过弹塑性分析研究了结构在罕遇地震下的受力特点和抗震性能。The hotel is located in Tiedong District of a city in Liaoning Province,which has 170. 10 meters high overrun frame – core wall structure,and that part of the vertical structure component is discontinuous. So the hotel has a highly-overrun especially irregular structure. This paper introduces the design points of the hotel structure.
